LOGLINE: After falling asleep at the wheel and crashing into a tropical fish store, a young Black coding savant from Richmond is sentenced to carry a live goldfish everywhere he goes for 30 days.

Luke Scott, an aspiring programmer, faces a tumultuous night after discovering his girlfriend's infidelity. In a twist of fate, he crashes into a tropical goldfish store, leading to a court sentence to care for a GPS-embedded goldfish named R.O.G.E.R. by a local tech startup, Nanotech. Meanwhile, he crosses paths with Penny Houston, who mistakenly accuses him of a pickpocketing scheme. At a Nanotech party, a confrontation with Penny and a scuffle orchestrated by Clarkson Miller leads to Luke's false arrest. Penny later exposes Clarkson's misdeeds, leading to his firing and vindicating Luke, who secures a job offer at Nanotech.
